Help. my pc doesn't reply to requests!!!!

It seems that I have a really strange problem that is now confusing me. I run Linux (suse9.3 Pro) and win32 (XPpro) on the same machine with dual boot, on both OS I run apache server with different web pages on different ports (some are set as virtual servers) on both OS, same websites in their respective partitions, I also have FTP and Hotline on Windows (P2P), but that doesn't really matter, the thing is this, My PC just doesn't seem to send any requests to any client that tries to connect to my pc anymore (on both OS!), everythig was workin well last week, but now nobody can log into my computer, I HAVE NOT CHANGED ANY CONFIGURATIONS, even I tried login into my pc from work and I just can't get in, I already checked my firewall configurations, even I disabled firewalls on both OS and nothing, I called my ISP to see if they are blocking any ports and they said no, also I tried using the IP my machine has had in that moment since it's dynamic and I use NO-IP to redirect to my computer, I had a friend trying to connect to my P2P (hotline) server and he couldn't, we tried both with my NO-IP domain name and IP address and we had no success, so what could possibly be wrong? I have been trying all kinds of tests on both OS and just can't seem to get about.

My connection is cable, I use Motorola SB5100 cablemodem, my internet connection seems to work well except for serving. Also, I need to know if there is a way if my ISP has blocked some of my ports and which. Please help and I thank you all.

proberly a faulty firewall uninstall it mabey. having linux and xp on different partitions is proberly not a good idea but seeing you sound like your dealing with linux pretty well anyways, formating ur computer doing a system restore etc.

IF it's not working on either os, it can't be a software problem on your part. The only thing I could think of causing this is that your domain server is trying to connect to a different ip than what your computer is using. If your cablemodem is running as a router, try enabling ip passthrough, and double checking the port settings on it.
