cant decide

well october is here and that means another intel retailer discount. i dont know if i should stick wit my 3.4 wit intel board and window pro(200 bucks) i bought last year from them or go wit the 2.8 dual core wit intel board and window pro(220 bucks).

dual core sounds nice but i dont know if i should even bother building another rig. what u guys think

I'd say go with an AMD X2 chip

If not the amd dual core than the intel dual core, no question.

Do you get any discount from Intel for being an emloyee? You're gonna need it

To me, there is no question where my money would go. AMD would become a few hundred dollars wealthier.
