Major Display Error

I had recently had Stlye XP installed, http://www.tgtsoft.com, and the trial ran out so I uninstalled it. Afterwords I wanted to switch back to the classic windows and when I did everything on my screen is black.. The desktop, wallpapaer, taskbar, all windows... I can't see anything so I dont't know how I am going to change my themes.. and I don't want to have to make a whole new user name.. Any suggestions? Thanks.
