I am looking for a way to quiet my pc without spending alot of money on water cooling. This is what I decided to do: put a 120mm fan on my Volcano6Cu+ HS.
The problem is that I can only find 60mm to 92mm adapters, do you have any suggestions?

I would recomend replacing your Thermaltake Volcano 6Cu+ with a Thermalright SLK900. It is not very expensive and will provide you with much better cooling.
I would not recomend getting a Fan Adapter because they tend to create extra stress on the heatsink and are not really worth it. If I remember right, the Volcano 6Cu+ has a copper "core" and the rest is Aluminum. The thing that makes the SLK900 so successful is that it is 100% copper, copper is a better conductor of heat than Aluminum.

Check at FrozenCPU for your adapter. If they don't have it hop on over to CoolerGuys.
