Moore's Law says that every 18 months, computers get twice as fast by using 2x as small circuits in order to fit 2x as much of them in one chip. This Law will come to an end once circuits get as small as atoms themselves. This will happen in the next decade. The next step, quantum computers. This could advance computers much quicker than Moore's Law.
