If you have a 120mm fan near your CPU, go ahead and sink 95 cents more into a better heatsink. On the AMD forums, people said that the Fanless103 from Thermaltake would keep the CPU cooler than the XP-120 from Thermalright provided that they both use the same 120mm fan. Why? Well, the Thermaltake one has 6 heatpipes instead of 5 and it weighs a whole lot more. That way, it can transfer more of the heat to the fins for cooling.
