Generic Parts In a Dell comp

I'm new first off so, Hi. Second, does anyone know if there is a way to incorporate generic computer components into a Dell computer? most dell computers are made with their own components and you can't use other parts in them... thanks :D

You don't have to use specific parts. Any regular parts woudl work (eg. ram) but make sure that they are compatable with your Dell motherboard.
